Based in Denmark, the Savory Foundation attracts and deploys mission-aligned capital into large-scale projects to catalyze global transformation at the intersection of finance, climate resilience, and regenerative agriculture.
Savory Foundation has developed this pilot project to bring together 80 to 100 producers committed to enhancing production practices in Uruguay through Holistic Management principles. The project’s core components include comprehensive training in Holistic Management, implementation support for Holistic Planned Grazing, and the establishment of Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV) baselines for ongoing ecological monitoring.
