Sliced: 🎙️ Sustainable Farming and Soil Carbon Credits with Max DuBuisson

Max provides an overview of Indigo Ag’s core mission and projects. He details how the company leverages advanced technology and strategic partnerships to transform farming practices. As the conversation unfolds, Max discusses the intricacies of Indigo Ag’s carbon credit program which spans over 7 million acres and includes about 1,000 farmers in the United States. He explains the enrollment process, the change in farming practices, and the methodologies from Verra and Climate Action Reserve that they are utilizing to generate carbon credits.
Max highlights the financial aspects of the project, revealing that farmers receive 75% of the carbon credit revenue, which has totaled over $12 million to date. Additionally, they cover the technicalities of carbon credits and sustainable farming, as well as Indigo Ag’s commitment to making a difference in the lives of farmers and the health of our planet.
